Our Remuneration Committee is responsible for providing recommendations to our Board of Commissioners regarding remuneration, bonuses and other benefits for members of our Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors as well as employees, including the structure, terms and issuance of stock options. As of July 6, 2007, the members of our Remuneration Committee were Sio Tat Hiang (Chairman), Lim Ah Doo and Dr. Setio Anggoro Dewo.
