The Indonesian Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency Rule No. IX.J.1 on Key Provisions of Articles of Association of the Company Conducting Public Offering of Equity Securities and Public Company requires public companies to adjust their Articles of Association to comply with the provisions of Rule IX.J.1. Therefore, the Company has amended its Articles of Association which was approved during the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 11, 2009.
