Remuneration Committee

Members of the Remuneration Committee are appointed by the Board of Commissioner from amongst its members and comprise not fewer than three members. The Remuneration Committee has the responsibilities to provide advice to the Board of Commissioners on the remuneration, bonuses, tantiem, facilities, any other allowances and benefits of the Commissioners and Directors to be approved by the shareholders during the General Meeting of Shareholders
